Our 30-Day Return Promise
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you receive a toy or puzzle and it just isn't the right fit for your child's age or interests, you can return it within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. You do not need to justify your decision, and the item does not need to be defective. We accept returns for any reason.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
Returning an item to Labyrinthias is completely free. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. We do not charge restocking fees, return shipping deductions, or any other hidden costs.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us before shipping anything back. Email us at info@labyrinthias.com with the following information:

The date and location where you purchased the product.

Your proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).

A clear photo of the product in its current condition.

A brief note about why you are unsatisfied or the reason for your return.
Once we receive your email, we will reply within one business day with your prepaid return label and packing instructions.

Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it and initiate your refund within 1 to 2 business days.
The refund will always be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please be aware that while we process the refund immediately, your bank or payment provider typically requires 7 to 10 business days to post the funds back to your account.
We will send you an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated on our end, and another notification once it is fully completed. If it has been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and you haven't seen the funds, please contact us so we can investigate. (In all cases, we ensure refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 business days from the receipt of your return).
