When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged immediately upon placing your order. We do not place temporary authorizations. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason (e.g., the item goes out of stock), we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Currency and Taxes
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. The final total shown at checkout is the exact amount you will be charged. Shipping is always free within the US.
Refund Method
Refunds are exclusively returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.

If you see a charge from Labyrinthias that you do not recognize, please check with family members who may have used your card. If you still cannot identify it, contact us at info@labyrinthias.com with the charge date, amount, and the name on the card. We will investigate and respond within 1 business day. Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank; we can usually resolve the issue quickly.
